This Is Not a Typical Caregiver Position.

At Q Legacy Home Care, caregivers are not contractors we call when we need coverage and forget between shifts.They are W-2 employees with set schedules, consistent clients they genuinely know, and direct access to ownership when something needs to be addressed. We are selective about who we hire intentionally. Our clients are trusting us with their family members. Every caregiver we bring on represents this agency and every promise we have made.

W-2 Employment Not 1099 contract work.

Proper tax withholding, workers' compensation coverage, and a real employment relationship with people who answer when you call.

Consistent Clients

You work with the same clients on a consistent schedule. No random dispatch. No showing up to a different stranger's home every week.

Direct Access to Ownership

No layers of management between you and the decision makers. We are available, we listen, and we act when something is not working.

R E Q U I R E M E N T S

What We Require

✓ Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or willingness to obtain one before your first shift. We will walk you through the process and timeline.

✓ Reliable personal transportation and a valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record.

✓ Clean comprehensive background check

✓ Genuine, consistent commitment to showing up on time, prepared, and fully present.

✓ Clear, proactive communication with the care team and ownership.

✓ Respectful, patient-centered approach in every client interaction.

PREFERRED NOT REQUIRED

✓ Prior experience as a home care aide, CNA, or in a direct patient care setting.

✓ Experience supporting clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, or memory impairment.

✓ Bilingual English and Spanish.
