Everything Your Family Needs. Nothing You Don't.

Non-medical in-home care for seniors and adults who want to stay independent, safe, and comfortable at home. Private pay only. No Medicaid. No shortcuts.

PERSONAL CARE

Getting dressed in the morning, bathing safely, managing grooming these feel simple until they don't. Our caregivers handle personal care with patience, respect, and zero rush. Every client moves at their own pace, and every session is treated with the dignity it deserves. We understand that accepting help with personal care is one of the hardest steps a senior or their family takes. We do not take that trust lightly.

COMPANION CARE

Isolation is one of the most damaging and least-discussed health risks facing seniors living at home. Our companion caregivers provide meaningful engagement real conversation, shared activities, and a consistent human presence that reduces anxiety and keeps the mind active. This is not a caregiver sitting in the corner on their phone. It is someone who shows up because they genuinely enjoy spending time with your loved one.

HOMEMAKER SERVICES

A safe, clean home is essential to wellbeing and it is one of the first things to slip when a senior starts struggling with daily tasks. We handle light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, vacuuming, and basic meal preparation so the home environment stays manageable and dignified. We do this alongside the client, not over them, preserving as much independence as possible in every interaction.

TRANSPORTATION & ERRAND SUPPORT

Missing a doctor's appointment or running out of medication should not happen because of a transportation gap. We provide transportation and errand support including medical appointments, pharmacy pickups, and grocery trips, when included in the care plan and authorized under our current insurance and safety requirements. Ask us about transportation options during your free consultation.

MEMORY & DEMENTIA SUPPORT

Memory challenges require a fundamentally different approach to care calm, structured, and built entirely on consistency. Rotating caregivers are particularly harmful for clients with dementia, which is exactly why our dedicated caregiver model matters most in this area. We train our caregivers in gentle redirection, routine based engagement, and patient communication. We do not improvise with memory care. We plan it, document it, and communicate every relevant change to the family promptly.

RESPITE CARE

Family caregivers carry one of the heaviest burdens in our healthcare system and they almost never ask for help until they are already burning out. Respite care is not a luxury. It is necessary for the long-term wellbeing of the entire family. We step in for hours, days, or extended periods so the primary family caregiver can rest, work, travel, or simply breathe without guilt and without compromising the quality of care their loved one receives.

MEDICATION REMINDERS

We do not administer medications that require a licensed nurse. What we do provide is consistent, documented medication reminders that help ensure your loved one takes the right medications at the right times each day. We log every reminder and communicate any concerns or missed doses to the family and the care team without delay.

WHY WE DO NOT ACCEPT MEDICAID OR INSURANCE

Medicaid reimbursement rates are structured to cover cost, not quality. At those rates, agencies cannot pay caregivers what they deserve, maintain meaningful supervision, or provide consistent caregiver assignments. The result is high turnover, inconsistent care, and agencies that are perpetually understaffed. We chose the private pay model because it allows us to set our own standards including dedicated caregiver assignments, thorough vetting, and active management oversight without compromising to fit a reimbursement structure that was never designed with quality in mind. Families who choose Q Legacy are investing in reliability, not just clock hours.
