Our Process

We Make Starting Care as Easy as One Phone Call.

Most families tell us the hardest part was making the first call. We make everything after that clear, simple, and without pressure.

STEP 1 — TELL US WHAT'S HAPPENING

Call us at (602) 922-9740 or fill out our contact form. We do not use scripts and we do not rush you toward a decision. We listen first to what is happening with your loved one, what your family has already tried, and what you actually need going forward. This conversation is completely free and comes with no obligation whatsoever.

STEP 2 — WE BUILD A CUSTOM CARE PLAN

If there is a good fit, we schedule a free in-home care assessment. We meet your loved one and your family, and we document their specific needs, daily routines, personal preferences, health considerations, and schedule requirements in detail. Nothing is generic. Nothing is assumed. This plan becomes the operating guide for every caregiver who enters that home and it is updated as needs evolve.

STEP 3 — WE MATCH YOUR CAREGIVER

We do not assign based on who happens to be available. We match based on personality fit, experience level, care requirements, and schedule compatibility. Before care begins, you meet your assigned caregiver in person. You have the opportunity to ask questions, raise concerns, and confirm the fit. If it is not right, we find a better match before the first shift starts not after an uncomfortable first day.

STEP 4 — CARE BEGINS

On the first day of care, your caregiver arrives with a thorough understanding of the care plan and your loved one's specific needs and preferences. We follow up with you after the first visit to confirm everything went as expected. You will always have a direct line to the owners not a call center, not a scheduling coordinator who has never spoken to your family.

STEP 5 — WE STAY INVOLVED

Our involvement does not end when the caregiver leaves. We conduct regular check-ins with families, monitor caregiver performance, update care plans as needs change, and communicate proactively when anything relevant shifts. You should never have to wonder what is happening with your loved one's care. If you find yourself having to chase us for updates, something has gone wrong and we want to hear about it immediately.
