My name is Atallah. I spent years in the U.S. Army leading teams in
environments where showing up late or unprepared had real consequences.
That standard did not leave me when I transitioned out of service it became
the foundation for everything we built here.
My wife is a Certified Medical Assistant with seven years of direct patient care
experience. She understands what it means to walk into someone's home and
be trusted completely with their most vulnerable moments. Together, we
watched the same problem playing out across the West Valley. Families hiring
agencies with real hope, then dealing with rotating caregivers, unexplained
no-shows, and a phone that nobody answers when something goes wrong. We
knew we could do better. So we built the agency we would have wanted for our
own family.
